License

A ClipSync license key is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro features of ClipSync for one person on up to five devices at the same time. You may move it between your own devices by unlinking a device on this site or in the app. Keys may not be resold or shared with other people; shared keys and keys obtained by fraud are revoked.

Payment

The price is shown in US dollars and paid in USDC on the Base network. Each order has a unique exact amount; send exactly that amount from any wallet within 24 hours. Payments of a different amount, on another network, or after the window closed are not matched automatically — contact support with your transaction hash and we will sort it out manually. Network fees are paid by you.

Refunds

Because the key is delivered immediately and works offline, purchases are final once the key is shown. If ClipSync does not work on your device and support cannot fix it within 14 days of purchase, we refund in USDC to the paying wallet.

Updates and availability

Updates are provided through signed manifests for as long as we develop ClipSync. The license continues to work offline even if the activation service is down; a device needs to refresh its token every 45 days while online.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Osvald Studio is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
