What this site collects

Osvald Studio runs this website and the ClipSync license service. We collect as little as the service needs:

• Orders. When you open a payment window we store the order amount, the Base block number at that time, the actual sending address when payment settles, the transaction hash, your language and your required email address (used for order details, license delivery and payment recovery, never marketing).
• Licenses. We store a SHA-256 hash for license lookup and an AES-GCM encrypted copy for email recovery. The success page keeps a plaintext copy for 7 days before purging it. We also store the identifiers, names and platforms of the devices you activate, and when they were last refreshed.
• Reports. Feedback and crash reports contain what you type plus the app version, device model, OS version, locale and the optional diagnostics text and email you choose to send.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Heroku, EU region) keeps standard request logs for a short time. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not store IP addresses in our database.

The apps

ClipSync works on your local network and has no account, cloud relay or telemetry. The only connections it makes to us are the license activation or refresh (every 45 days), the signed update manifest check and, if you choose to send one, a report. Clipboard content, files and notifications never leave your devices.

Payments

Payments are made in USDC on the Base network from your wallet or exchange to ours. We never see your private keys, card numbers or bank details. Blockchain transactions are public by design.

Your rights

Write to osvald.studio26@gmail.com to ask what we hold about an order or license, to delete a report, or to revoke and delete a license. We answer within 30 days.
